This Privacy Policy explains how AdCrowd (“AdCrowd”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit adcrowd.pk, fill in one of our forms, or submit your details to us through a Facebook or Instagram lead form.

Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form on our website (such as the contact form or our clinic audit forms) or a Facebook or Instagram lead form, we collect the details you enter, which may include your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, business or clinic website, and any message or answers you provide.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website or submit a form, we may collect your IP address, browser and device information, the page you came from, the page you submitted from, and advertising identifiers such as UTM parameters, Google click IDs (gclid), Meta click IDs (fbclid) and Meta browser cookies (_fbp, _fbc).
Information from Meta. If you complete one of our Facebook or Instagram lead forms, Meta sends us the answers you submitted, along with details of the ad and campaign that produced the lead.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare and send the audit or proposal you requested, and contact you about our services.
- To manage and follow up leads and client relationships in our internal system.
- To send you confirmation and service emails.
- To measure and improve our advertising and website, including reporting which ads led to enquiries and which enquiries became clients.
- To keep our website secure and prevent spam and abuse.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies, pixels and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API, Google tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement, and our own first-party cookies. These help us understand how the site is used and how our advertising performs.
When we report an enquiry or a later outcome (for example, that a lead became a client) to Meta, we may send Meta information about you, such as your email address and phone number in hashed (one-way encrypted) form, together with your click and browser identifiers. Meta uses this to measure and optimise ads, subject to its own policies. You can manage your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers and platforms that help us operate, and only as needed:
- Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), for lead forms and ad measurement.
- Google, for analytics and advertising measurement.
- Resend, which delivers the emails we send you and our internal notifications.
- Our website hosting and technology providers.
- Professional advisers or authorities, where required by law.
Some of these providers are located outside Pakistan, so your information may be processed in other countries.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including to follow up with you and manage our working relationship. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information, including restricting access to our lead system and keeping credentials out of our website’s public files. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to stop contacting you, or to object to our use of your information. To make a request, email hello@adcrowd.pk. We may need to confirm your identity first.
Data deletion
To have your data deleted, including data we received from a Facebook or Instagram lead form, email hello@adcrowd.pk with the subject “Data deletion request” and include the name, phone number or email address you used. We will delete the information we hold about you from our systems and confirm by email, normally within 30 days, unless we are required by law to keep it.
Children
Our services are for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

Our website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
