Google Ads management that is judged on leads and sales
Most wasted ad spend comes from three things: tracking that counts the wrong action, broad keywords nobody prunes, and landing pages that do not match the ad. We fix those before we ask for more budget.
Google Ads management means planning, building and running paid campaigns on Google Search, Shopping, YouTube and the Display Network, then improving them against tracked conversions such as calls, form fills and purchases. AdCrowd builds campaigns on the same keyword and conversion data as our SEO work and reports paid and organic results separately. Pricing is scoped to your account, and ad spend is paid to Google directly.
What does a Google Ads agency handle for you?
The day-to-day work splits into a handful of campaign types. Not every business needs all of them, and starting with fewer, well-tracked campaigns usually beats switching everything on.
| Campaign type | Good for | What we watch |
|---|---|---|
| Search | People typing a need: a treatment, a product, a service in a city | Search terms, cost per lead, conversion rate by keyword |
| Shopping and Performance Max | Online stores with a product feed in Merchant Center | Product feed quality, return on ad spend by product group |
| Remarketing | Visitors who came, looked and left | Frequency, audience size, cost per conversion |
| YouTube and Display | Awareness, launches, reaching people before they search | View and click-through rates, assisted conversions |
| Call and lead campaigns | Clinics and local services where the phone matters | Call duration, call-to-booking rate |
How do you structure a Google Ads account?
We keep one campaign close to one decision. For a clinic, that means one Search campaign for one treatment in one city, for example dental implants in Lahore, so budget and bids follow the value of that treatment. For a store, it means grouping products by margin and demand rather than by how the catalogue happens to be organized.
Inside each campaign, ad groups hold tightly related keywords, with ads written for those exact searches. Negative keywords go in from day one: job seekers, "free", "DIY", competitor names you do not want, and anything else the account history shows wasting money. Each ad points to the page that answers the search, not to the homepage.
Why does conversion tracking come before spend?
Google's bidding systems optimize toward whatever you tell them is a conversion. If a page view or a button click is counted as a lead, the system will happily buy more page views. We set conversions to the actions that matter to the business: purchases with value for stores, and calls, WhatsApp taps and form submissions for clinics and service businesses, each tracked separately.
Our lead CRM can send qualified-lead and won-client stages back to Google Ads as offline conversions. Bidding then learns which clicks turned into patients or customers, which is a much better signal than a filled form. Where the site supports it, we also set up enhanced conversions, which use hashed customer details to match conversions more accurately.
How do you stop Google Ads from wasting budget?
- Search terms review: we read the actual searches that triggered ads, every week in the first months, and add negatives for the ones that will never buy.
- Match types: broad match only where conversion data is strong enough to guide it.
- Schedule and location: ads run where and when the business can answer the phone or deliver.
- Device and audience adjustments based on conversion data, not on guesses.
- Landing page fixes when the click arrives and nothing happens, since a better page usually lowers cost per lead more than a bid change does.
Why do landing pages affect what you pay?
Google rates keywords on expected click-through rate, ad relevance and landing page experience, and those ratings influence where your ad shows and what you pay. A page that loads fast, repeats what the ad promised and makes the next step obvious helps on all three. We review the landing page for every campaign before it goes live, and for clinics we usually build a dedicated page per treatment with the phone number, WhatsApp and a short form above the fold.
How do Google Ads and SEO work together?
Paid search tells you quickly which keywords bring buyers. SEO then builds pages that rank for those keywords so you are not paying for every click forever. For Jenpharm, a Pakistani skincare brand, we ran paid campaigns on generic, high-intent searches such as "best sunblock in Pakistan" and "moisturizer for dry skin Pakistan" to capture traffic beyond product names while the SEO rebuild took hold. Organic search later became the largest source of purchasers in GA4. Read the Jenpharm case study.
Two clients have described what happens when the balance shifts. A dental clinic owner told us organic reach on their website and Google Business Profile let them cut ad spend by 15% quarter on quarter, and an affiliate marketer cut top-of-funnel ad spend by 25% once SEO filled that stage. We report paid and organic separately so you can see which one is doing what.
What results have your paid campaigns delivered?
Rahman & Rahman, a Lahore dental clinic, wanted overseas patients, mainly UK-based Pakistanis visiting home. Their earlier ads had no geographic focus and no follow-up for people who showed interest. We rebuilt the paid funnel with ad sets aimed at UK cities with large Pakistani communities, creative that addressed trust and cost, dynamic retargeting across platforms, and WhatsApp for consultations.
| Rahman & Rahman result | Detail |
|---|---|
| Qualified overseas enquiries | Up 150% within 60 days |
| Cost per lead | Down more than 40%, largely through retargeting |
| Click-through rate | Doubled with audience-specific messaging |
For RB Tech, a gaming hardware retailer with no online presence, brand campaigns across Google and social platforms targeted searches such as "complete gaming setups", "RGB PC cases" and "streaming-ready rigs", and passed one million ad impressions in three months. Separately, for e-commerce brand On Your Shelf we ran Meta catalogue ads (Facebook and Instagram, not Google) that lifted revenue 30 to 40% in three months. See all case studies.
Can clinics and healthcare businesses run Google Ads?
Yes, within Google's healthcare and medicines policies, which restrict some treatments, products and claims and vary by country. We keep ad copy factual, avoid promised outcomes, and send each treatment to its own page. Clinic campaigns are reported by calls, WhatsApp taps and booked consultations. If you run a clinic, our clinic program combines Google Ads with Google Maps and website SEO, and our dental SEO page covers the organic side.
What do you report each month?
- Spend, conversions and cost per conversion by campaign, with the comparison period stated.
- Revenue and return on ad spend for stores, from conversion values.
- Calls, WhatsApp taps and form fills for lead campaigns, and qualified leads where the CRM sends them back.
- The search terms we excluded and why.
- What we will change next month.
Google Ads reporting sits next to the SEO report, not merged into it, so neither channel gets credit for the other.
How much does Google Ads management cost?
There are two costs. Ad spend is paid directly to Google from your own account, so you keep ownership of it. Our management fee depends on the number of campaigns, markets and products, and on whether landing pages and tracking need building. We scope it after looking at your account or your goals, so get in touch for a quote.
Questions we get asked
What does a Google Ads agency do?
It plans, builds and runs your paid campaigns on Google, sets up conversion tracking, manages keywords, bids and ads, and reports on leads or sales against spend.
How much should I spend on Google Ads?
Enough for each campaign to collect useful conversion data in a month. The right figure depends on your cost per click and conversion rate, so we suggest a starting budget after reviewing your market.
Do you guarantee leads or sales from Google Ads?
No. We commit to the agreed setup and management work and report what the spend produced each month.
Who owns the Google Ads account?
You do. Ad spend is billed to your own account, and we work in it with access you grant.
Should I run Google Ads or do SEO?
Often both. Ads bring traffic immediately and show which keywords convert. SEO builds visibility you do not pay for per click. We report them separately.
How soon will I see results?
Ads can bring clicks on the first day. Reliable conversion data usually takes a few weeks, and the account improves as search terms and bids are refined.
Can you manage Meta ads too?
Yes. We run Facebook and Instagram campaigns as well, including catalogue ads for online stores.
What does it cost?
Ad spend goes to Google directly. Our fee is scoped to your campaigns and markets, so get in touch for a quote.
Paying for clicks that do not call?
Send us your account or your goals. We start with conversion tracking and the search terms report.
