E-commerce SEO agency in Pakistan that grows organic purchasers

Online stores win or lose on category and product pages. We rewrite them around how people search, fix the technical drag on hundreds of URLs, and report organic revenue from GA4.

E-commerce SEO makes category and product pages rank for purchase-intent searches and then measures the sales they produce. For Jenpharm, a Pakistani skincare brand, AdCrowd mapped every SKU to buying queries and fixed technical and linking issues. Organic-attributed purchase revenue rose 125% year over year to date, and first-time purchasers rose 245%.

What makes e-commerce SEO different from normal SEO?

A service business needs a handful of pages to rank. A store needs hundreds or thousands of near-similar pages to be crawled, indexed, distinct and persuasive. Each page type has its own job and its own usual problem.

Page typeJobCommon problem we fix
Category / collectionCapture broad and problem-led searches such as "moisturizer for dry skin"One-line description, no buying guidance, weak internal links
Product pageCapture brand, product and "price in pakistan" searchesThin or copied manufacturer text, missing schema, price not visible
Ingredient or problem guideAnswer pre-purchase questions and feed categoriesWritten as generic blog posts with no link to a product
Filtered and paginated URLsUsually none for searchThousands of near-duplicates wasting crawl budget

How did AdCrowd turn Jenpharm's organic search into a revenue channel?

Jenpharm already had traffic and brand recognition. The problem was that strong commercial keywords sat on pages 2 and 3, product and category pages did not match how customers searched, linking issues diluted authority across hundreds of product URLs, and there was no clean way to attribute organic search to purchases.

We built the program on five principles: product-led SEO starting from the SKU catalogue, commercial keyword mapping with transactional terms first, product and category page optimization, search-intent alignment of page types, and technical cleanup with internal linking. Priority queries included product names, "price in pakistan" variations, problem-led terms such as "hair fall shampoo" and ingredient-led terms such as "mandelic acid face wash".

How do you optimize category and product pages?

We start with the keyword-to-page map, then work page by page. Each rewrite follows the same checks:

  • One H1 that names the product or category the way buyers say it.
  • Price, availability and delivery information visible without scrolling.
  • Benefits written around the customer problem ("brightening", "oil free", "hair fall").
  • Product schema that matches the visible page, plus clean titles, meta descriptions and image alt text.
  • Links from category to subcategory to product, and between related products.
  • A short buying guide or FAQ where shoppers commonly hesitate.

RB Tech followed the same pattern: product pages were enriched with buyer guides, FAQs and real-world usage scenarios alongside metadata and schema.

What technical problems hold online stores back?

Crawl waste and duplication are the usual causes. At Jenpharm, crawl issues, indexation waste and weak internal links were the "invisible drag" on site authority, and we fixed them in the background while on-page work compounded. In practice we check:

  • Duplicate URLs created by filters, sorting, variants and tracking parameters.
  • Canonical tags pointing to the right version of each product.
  • Pages that are indexed but should not be, such as internal search results.
  • Template speed on mobile, where most shoppers browse. ChenOne's redesign focused on faster mobile loading and checkout clarity.
  • Sitemap coverage matching the pages you want ranked.

How do you prove SEO produced sales?

We report from GA4 ecommerce events, with Search Console clicks alongside them. That means organic-attributed revenue, purchasers and first-time purchasers, with the comparison window stated, for example "latest 90 days versus first active 90 days". First-time purchasers are a useful early signal because they show organic search bringing in new customers on top of existing demand. Attribution has limits, and GA4 will not capture every sale influenced by search, so we say what the number does and does not include.

Does AdCrowd run paid ads for stores as well?

Yes, reported separately from SEO. For On Your Shelf, a brand with a large catalogue and weak ad conversions, we integrated the full product catalogue with Meta Business Manager, set up dynamic catalogue ads with automated feed syncing, restructured campaigns into top, middle and bottom of funnel, and fixed pixel tracking across Facebook and Instagram. The case study reports 30 to 40% revenue growth in three months. Read the case study.

Should SEO and Google Ads run together for an online store?

Usually yes, with separate reporting for each. At Jenpharm, paid campaigns targeting generic queries such as "best sunblock in Pakistan" helped position keywords and collect early data while the SEO rebuild took effect. For two other clients, testimonials on our site describe lower ad spend after organic improved: a dental clinic reported a 15% quarter-on-quarter cut in ad spend, and an affiliate marketer cut top-of-funnel ad spend by 25%.

What are the limits of e-commerce SEO?

  • Rankings can improve faster than clicks. Jenpharm's filtered skincare set moved from average position 28.9 to 5.7 while clicks fell about 17%, so title and snippet work came next.
  • SEO cannot fix weak pricing, poor product-market fit or a broken checkout.
  • Marketplaces such as Daraz can outrank independent stores for generic terms; we target terms where your store can win, and say so.
  • Results take months on competitive terms.

Do you have pages for specific e-commerce industries?

The method is the same, but each category has its own search behavior and its own rules, so we wrote them up separately.

How much does e-commerce SEO cost?

The main drivers are catalogue size, technical state, number of categories to build or rewrite, and reporting depth. We quote after reviewing your store.

What happens after you contact us?

You get an intro call, then a discovery call with a scoped proposal. We ask for Search Console, GA4 and CMS access so we can take a baseline before changing anything. If your store is not a fit, we will say so.

Questions we get asked

Which e-commerce platforms do you work with?

The audit method is the same on any platform, and fixes differ by platform. Platform-specific issues for Shopify are covered on our Shopify SEO page.

What is the difference between product-led SEO and blog-led SEO?

Product-led SEO starts from the catalogue and the queries that already carry purchase intent. Blog-led SEO starts from topics. We start with products, then add guides that support them.

How do you measure e-commerce SEO results?

Organic purchase revenue, purchasers and first-time purchasers in GA4, plus non-branded clicks and average position in Search Console, with stated comparison periods.

Do you guarantee sales or rankings?

No. We agree the work up front and report what happens each month.

Can you work with our in-house marketing team?

Yes. At Jenpharm we worked closely with the in-house team to keep ads and web copy consistent.

How soon will we see results?

Technical fixes can change crawling within weeks. Competitive rankings usually take months. We give a realistic view after the audit.

Do you handle Google Ads for stores too?

Yes. Ad intelligence and smart funnels are one of our three service areas, reported separately from SEO.

What does it cost?

We scope pricing to your site and goals, so get in touch for a quote.

Is your catalogue pulling its weight?

Share your store and the categories that matter most. We check indexing, product pages and tracking first.
